You have found your way here because you are searching for somebody who can help you through a difficult time.
Are you facing a transition in life which you feel unprepared for?
Perhaps you've recently experienced the death of someone close to you and you just can't seem to recover.
Are you disillusioned with a significant relationship where you just can't seem to communicate anymore?
Change is always difficult, and change experienced alone can be quite frightening.
Are you finding it difficult to function as you once did?
Has it become an extreme effort just to get out of bed in the morning?
Maybe you have found that your use of alcohol or other chemicals has gotten out of control.
Do you feel you just need an objective attentive ear to listen to you as you think through some of the bigger issues in your life?
In any of these cases, I am available to help you through whatever difficulties you're having.
